Cape Regional Physicians Associates Ratify New Union Contract – 4/30/2026

The negotiating committee for CRPA, 2026.

On Thursday, April 30th, more than one hundred workers at Cape Regional Physicians Associates ratified a new union contract! Congratulations!

Positive change

With the implementation of the new contract, all members will receive an immediate, across-the-board wage increase as well as annual increases for the life of the contract.

The members of Cape Regional Physicians Associates will move into a different healthcare plan, creating significant cost savings for most employees without sacrificing quality care.

The new three-year agreement increases paid time off accruals for senior members. Language was added to clearly define the use and scheduling of PTO, rewarding seniority when necessary.

Committee

Congratulations to these members! This great contract would not have been possible without the union negotiating committee, which included President Ross, Bargaining Representative Chad Brooks, Director of Field Services Peggy Kelly, and committee members Kerry Owens and Teresa Parker.

UFCW Local 152 proudly represents the nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and clerical workers at more than a dozen offices throughout Cape May County, New Jersey, offering healthcare services ranging from family medicine to specialized care.
