On Friday, February 28, about fifteen dietary workers at M and B Operations at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Southgate in Carneys Point, New Jersey ratified a new union contract!

The new four-year agreement improves the lives of our Southgate members in various ways. First, it provided an immediate across-the-board wage increase for all members, in addition to substantial annual wage increases. Juneteenth was also added as a paid holiday.

Congratulations to our members, as well as the negotiating committee for this great win! The committee included Collective Bargaining Representative Chad Brooks, Director of Field Services Peggy Kelly, Union Representative Bryan String, and Shop Steward Rita Parsons.

UFCW Local 152 proudly represents the dietary staff at M and B Operations at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Southgate, who cook and provide meals to residents at the facility.
