On Sunday, May 18th, UFCW Local 152 members at Rich Products Corporation in Vineland, New Jersey unanimously ratified a new, three-year contract. With the newly ratified contract, Rich Products members will have increased wages, enhanced PTO time utilization, and improved job bidding procedures.
Congratulations to our members and the Negotiating Committee, which included Assistant Director of Collective Bargaining Dan Ross and Union Representative Jose Echevarria.
UFCW Local 152 represents about 50 members at Rich Products in Vineland. According to their website, Rich Products is a leading supplier and solutions provider to the foodservice, in-store bakery and retail marketplaces.
